Implenia is seeking a Health & Safety Supervisor to lead HSE culture on Data Center projects in the Zurich region. The role focuses on inspections, risk assessments, and ensuring contractor compliance with permits to work and RAMS/WMS standards.

Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage. The position includes flexible/hybrid work arrangements and a strong focus on professional development within a diversified Swiss group.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Occupational Safety, Health and Welfare at Work or equivalent.
• Several years of EHS experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety management and permit-to-work systems.
• English fluency; German an advantage; relevant EHS certifications desirable.

Aufgaben

• Promote and drive a strong health, safety and environmental culture across Data Center projects.
• Conduct inspections, audits and risk assessments; implement corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractors and ensure RAMS/WMS, inductions and permits to work are compliant.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; perform root cause analyses and improvements.
• Deliver HSE training and briefings; support continuous improvement of processes.
