Zusammenfassung

Implenia is seeking a Health & Safety Supervisor (m/f/d) to lead safety on data center construction projects in the Zurich region, with a Connect office in Opfikon. You will ensure compliance with Swiss regulations and Implenia's HSE standards on site and with subcontractors.

The role emphasizes site inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments and safety training to maintain a world-class safety culture across complex projects.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma-level qualification in Occupational Safety/Health at Work or equivalent.
• Multiple years of EHS experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Fluent English; German language skills are advantageous.
• NEBOSH/ISO 45001 or equivalent certifications desired.

Aufgaben

• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments; identify hazards and implement preventive actions.
• Monitor and support subcontractors to meet HSE standards and permit-to-work processes.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; perform root cause analyses and drive improvements.
• Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks; provide guidance to project stakeholders.
