Qualifikationen

• Swiss EFZ diploma in electrical/mechanical or related engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering related field.
• Willingness to work in shift rotations (including nights).
• 2–3 years of mission-critical operations experience.
• Data center experience is a plus.
• Strong English (B2+); German advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Participate in a structured shift rotation including mornings, afternoons, and nights.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and external service providers.
• Maintain maintenance tasks and document compliance records.
• Support safety audits and energy optimization practices.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure SLAs.
