Zusammenfassung

ENKA Investment AG is seeking a Cost Controls Chief for a planned data center project in Beringen, Schaffhausen. You will lead the implementation and maintenance of the project cost controlling system, collaborating with the Swiss project organization and ENKA's Istanbul headquarters.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years in cost controls on major capital projects. Turkish and English fluency are essential for coordination with Istanbul and the international

Qualifikationen

5+ years cost control / project controls experience on major capital projects.
Experience on mission-critical or data-center facilities strongly preferred.
Experience on construction- and commissioning-phase site on complex, multi-discipline projects (high-voltage electrical, mechanical, civil).
Fluency in Turkish and English; Turkish required for daily technical meetings with Istanbul HQ; English for international project team.

Aufgaben

Develop, implement and maintain the project cost controlling system.
Control and report project cost and budget across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Prepare cost estimates and programme cost plans supported by benchmarking data.
Control committed and realised invoices from manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor and control project cash and bank movements.
