Zusammenfassung

ENKA Investment AG is seeking a QA/QC Manager for its planned data center project in Beringen, Schaffhausen. You will lead quality assurance activities across the building and its critical systems, working closely with the Swiss project organization and ENKA’s headquarters in Istanbul.

The role requires a degree in engineering or a scientific field and extensive experience in project quality management, with strong Turkish and English communication skills for daily meetings and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Professional fluency in Turkish and English are essential; German is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality principles and their application across engineering and construction.
• Experience as a project quality manager or in related fields (engineering, procurement, construction, testing).
• Ability to lead, train and direct quality personnel and budgets.

Aufgaben

• Directs the activities of quality supervisors and project quality managers.
• Provides operational and technical direction to quality personnel on site.
• Maintains contacts with engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory agencies to implement quality policies.
• Staffs projects with qualified quality personnel to meet program requirements.
• Develops and recommends procedures defining responsibilities of quality personnel for projects.
• Reviews and comments on project quality program/plan and scope changes.
• Directs implementation of QA/QC policies to achieve quality goals.
• Prepares periodic reports on effectiveness of quality programs.
• Estimates staffing and budgets for quality across projects.
• Defines scope and activities for quality assurance on proposals and projects.
• Conducts regular staff meetings to monitor progress and quality activities.
• Provides onboarding and ongoing training to quality personnel.
