Zusammenfassung

ENKA Investment AG is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead the quality assurance activities for a data center project in Beringen, Schaffhausen. You will manage quality personnel, establish and maintain relationships with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a degree in engineering or a related field, extensive experience in project quality management, and fluency in Turkish and English with German as a plus for local coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering or scientific discipline or equivalent.
• Experience as project quality manager or in related fields (engineering, procurement, construction, testing).
• Fluency in Turkish and English; German a plus for local coordination.

Aufgaben

• Directs quality supervisors and project quality managers.
• Provides operational and technical direction to quality personnel.
• Maintains contact with engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory agencies to implement quality policies.
• Staffs projects with qualified quality personnel.
• Develops procedures to define responsibilities and functions for quality personnel.
• Reviews and comments on project quality program/plan and scope changes.
• Directs implementation of quality program policies on projects.
• Prepares reports on effectiveness of quality programs.
