Zusammenfassung

ENKA Investment AG is seeking a Cost Controls Chief for its planned data center project in Beringen. You will lead implementation and maintenance of the project cost controlling system, working closely with the Swiss project organization and ENKA’s headquarters in Istanbul.

Minimum 5+ years in cost controls on major capital projects, with preference for mission-critical or data-center experience. Fluency in Turkish and English is required for daily meetings and reporting, with strong stakeholder

Cost Control Chief

**Reports to:** **Project Controls Manager**

**Responsible for:** **Develop and follow up the Cost Controlling System, Control and reporting of cost and budget, Control of committed and realized invoices of manufacturers/ suppliers/ subcontractors and inserting them into the controls system, Controlling cash and bank movements.**

ENKA Investment AG is seeking a Cost Controls Chief for its planned data center project in Beringen, will lead implementation and maintenance of the project cost controlling system, working closely with the Swiss project organization and ENKA’s headquarters in Istanbul.

Required Knowledge and Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surverying, Construction Management, or Economics
• 5+ years cost control / project controls experience on major capital projects; experience on mission-critical or data-center facilities strongly preferred
• Construction-and commissioning-phase site experience on complex, multi-discipline projects (high-voltage electrical, mechanical, civil)
• Proficiency with IFS (ERP) and MMS, plus standard cost-management and reporting tools
• Proven ability to control committed and realized costs across a large supplier and subcontractor base
• Solid grasp of change and claims management and of internal/external benchmarking for cost estimating
• Professional fluency spoken and written Turkish, English are essential. Turkish is required for daily technical meetings and reporting with ENKA’s Istanbul headquarters; English for the international project team and technical documentation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the project cost controlling system
• Control and report project cost and budget across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Prepare cost estimates and programme cost plans supported by consistent internal and external benchmarking data
• Control committed and realised invoices from manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor and control project cash and bank movements
• Work with project teams to forecast out-turn cost, identify cost-reduction opportunities and drive value-engineered solutions
• Evaluate Change Notices and Claims together with project teams
• Ensure the coding structure for material requests complies with project requirements
• Maintain back-up documentation for daily/weekly/monthly cost reports
• Ensure all works comply with QA procedures
• Ensure all works comply with HSE procedures
