I am searching for a Cloud Data Platform Expert/Architect with strong experience in designing and implementing distributed data systems. If you're skilled in Spark, MPP, NoSQL, and cloud tech like Azure, Databricks, Fabric, please apply to hear more!

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable data platforms (real-time & batch)

• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and data scientists

• Be a key technical contact for clients and support project acquisition

• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and reliability goals

• Coach and mentor team members in modern data technologies

What You Bring

• Degree from ETH/UNI/FH

• 8+ yrs experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Kubernetes)

• 5+ yrs with analytics tools (SQL, Spark, Kafka, Python, Scala/Java)

• ETL, data modeling, governance & warehouse/mesh expertise

• Certifications in Databricks and/or Azure a plus

• Fluent in German & English

This position is hybrid-working based in Zurich OR Bern.
