Givaudan is seeking a Dairy Product Development Intern to collaborate on future food experiences within the Dairy segment. You will participate in executing the segment’s innovation roadmap, developing new food products and evaluating flavour technologies for impact across customers, teams and markets.

The internship is for 12 months, based in Kemptthal, Switzerland, and offers a supportive, diverse team environment with opportunities to learn and contribute to real-world product development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or related discipline.
• Strong interest in consumer-facing food products and food technology.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of food formulation and application development in the dairy sector.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Drive prototype development in dairy and alternative dairy segments.
• Translate market and sensory insights into product experiences.
• Provide technical solutions balancing creativity, feasibility, and cost.
• Select ingredients and suggest improvements for various applications.
• Execute daily brief-related tasks including ingredient selection and evaluation.
• Prepare samples, demonstrations and customer-facing prototypes.
• Participate in customer presentations and technical discussions.
