Overview

I am hiring a Cyber Security Sales Manager on behalf of a Swiss IT security firm focused on Zero Trust, SASE, and endpoint protection, evolving from its original mobile technology roots to a full-spectrum cybersecurity provider. The company delivers consulting, secure networking, and enterprise mobility solutions, helping organizations strengthen their defenses and maintain resilient digital infrastructures. Their teams combine technical expertise with strategic insight to protect clients from evolving threats while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across complex IT environments.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients, focusing on medium to large enterprises (150+ employees).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding business needs and proposing tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and present customized proposals and solutions.
  • Engage in market activities, such as attending industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads.
  • Monitor the cybersecurity market to provide insights and feedback for service development and business strategy.

This role is hybrid one day a week in Bern.

Essential qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT services, cybersecurity solutions, or related technology fields.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills, capable of engaging with decision-makers at medium to large enterprises.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives.
  • Minimum C1 level Swiss German or C2 German, and fluent English
Desirable
  • Technical understanding of IT security concepts and solutions, sufficient to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
