Jobbeschreibung

Engage in real-world applications of cybersecurity practices with a focus on both automated & scalable offensive and defensive strategies.

Implement, manage, and monitor security controls across our diverse cloud environments and on-premise systems. Engineer secure solutions, harden existing applications and infrastructure, and collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into our DevSecOps cycle and CI/CD pipelines.

Automate security workflows using scripting and programming languages, and review code to identify and fix vulnerabilities before deployment.

Participate actively in threat hunting, detection, incident response, and vulnerability management activities.

Contribute to security architecture initiatives that strengthen our defenses and prevent future threats.

Qualifications:

• Higher education degree in computer science or cybersecurity (ETH / UNI / FH) or equivalent professional experience.
• Recent experience in defensive and/or offensive cybersecurity operations over several years; industry certifications are a plus. Software engineering experience with agile development is beneficial.
• Expertise in cloud platforms like Azure and GCP, version control systems like GitHub, scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell. Knowledge of .Net & Kubernetes is a plus.
• Passion for learning, proactive problem-solving, critical thinking, and challenging traditional methods.
• Collaborative attitude, open personality, and eagerness to share knowledge and learn from others.
• English proficiency; German skills or motivation to learn German are required.
