Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in IT project or program management.
• Experience leading multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, governance, risk management, audit and compliance.
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills.
• ITIL v4 certification mandatory, or commitment to obtain within four months.
• French and English fluent at professional level.
• Leadership and ability to unite diverse stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of context, work, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Formalize project charters covering objectives, scope, governance and milestones.
• Develop and maintain a consolidated portfolio roadmap.
• Coordinate internal and external teams and stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate committees, workshops, and governance bodies.
• Prepare decisions, action plans, and track delivery through production.
• Report to management and governance bodies with consolidated indicators.
• Ensure project documentation quality and traceability.
• Prepare structured evidence for internal and external reviews.
• Close projects and document results, residual risks, and remaining actions.
