Your Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

  • Onboarding: Ensure that new customers have the smoothest possible start with the Eturnity solution and quickly achieve their goals
  • Success Management: Maintain regular contact with our customers and provide flexible support with their questions and challenges. Your goal: satisfied customers who grow with the Eturnity solution and explore new business areas (e-mobility, heat pumps, photovoltaic systems)
  • Ownership: Take the lead on complex customization and development projects for our clients
  • Liaison: Act as the interface between customers, product management, and development
  • Innovation: Use your insights and customer feedback to help drive the development of smart new features

What You Bring As The Ideal Candidate

  • A completed vocational training or university degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a (B2B) SaaS environment - ideally in customer success, onboarding, or account management
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer journey automation
  • Technical interest or background in renewable energy (PV, heating systems, etc.) is a plus – but not a must
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive mindset, ability to work independently and prioritize smartly
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory; fluency in Italian is a plus
