Job summary

DHL Express in Pratteln, Basel-Landschaft, is seeking a Customer Facing IT Manager to promote e-commerce solutions by analyzing our customers' IT processes and capabilities, then setting up and managing our appropriate solutions. You will work closely with customers' IT departments as well as our sales, operations and internal IT teams.

The role includes sales support during pursuits, solution recommendations, project management, analysis, testing and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree (University, University of Applied Sciences/HF) in Information Technology, Business Information Technology, Business Administration or a comparable field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in IT project management, customer integration solutions and/or customer-facing IT environments.
• Experience with API and EDI integrations and proven ability to consult customers in this matter.

Responsibilities

• Promote the use of e-commerce solutions by analyzing customers' IT processes and capabilities, then setting up and managing appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with customers' IT departments as well as our sales, operations and our own IT department.
• Provide sales support during pursuits, make solution recommendations, manage projects, perform analysis, testing and provide ongoing support.
