Zusammenfassung

Liebherr Group in Switzerland seeks a professional to serve as the primary communication partner for our internal and external customers in the diesel engines and hydraulic products field. You will handle complaints, warranty claims, and support documentation of 8D reports across multiple plants.

The role requires commercial or technical education, several years of experience, and fluency in German with strong English and/or French skills.

Qualifikationen

• Requires commercial or technical studies and additional training as technician/engineer.
• Excellent German, very good English and/or French skills.
• Strong MS Office and ERP system familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Act as main communication partner for internal customers at sister plants and external customers in diesel engines and hydraulic products, handling complaints and warranty claims.
• Prepare and document 8D reports for customers.
• Perform statistical analyses of field experience data for products across construction machinery applications.
• Approve technical statements for customers and prepare reports on product failure behavior.
• Organize and monitor modification and retrofit actions at customer sites and hold regular meetings with sister plants and external customers.
