  • Responsibility for data processing during relocations and ensuring billing quality
  • You support the efficient management of outstanding receivables
  • You create meaningful evaluations and help optimize the service
  • You excite our customers with suitable offers and services

Profile

  • A commercial apprenticeship with technical understanding
  • Enjoy working with customers via phone and email, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills and good German language skills; English skills are an advantage (B1)
  • A team player with analytical and interconnected thinking skills
