For our major project in Geneva, we are looking for a: Civil Site Supervisor

The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations and ensuring that civil works are executed safely, on schedule, and in strict accordance with technical documentation, project specifications, and quality standards. This role acts as a key link between site management, subcontractors, and the workforce, requiring strong organizational and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil works activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to ensure efficient execution of works.
• Monitor work progress and report deviations, delays, and potential risks.
• Verify compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Support site management in planning activities and resource allocation.
• Conduct inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical and operational issues.

Requirements

• Technical education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience in supervising subcontractors and coordinating construction teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability and willingness to learn and work with project management and construction software platforms such as DALUX.
• Fluent proficiency in at least two of the following languages: English, Italian, and French.
