Zusammenfassung

KeyPartners in Zürich seeks a Junior Crypto Compliance Officer to join the team on a permanent basis. You will support KYC/CDD processes, client onboarding and ongoing reviews, while assisting with AML monitoring and regulatory reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, has early experience in compliance or financial crime, and demonstrates interest in crypto regulation; fluency in English is required with German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business, Compliance or a related field.
• First professional experience in Compliance, AML/KYC, Financial Crime or regulated financial environment; crypto/digital assets experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Swiss AML/Compliance requirements; familiarity with AMLA, FINMA or VQF is an advantage.
• Interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain and the evolving digital-asset regulatory landscape.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.

Junior Crypto Compliance Officer | Swiss Financial Services

Are you a Compliance professional with previous experience in crypto and digital assets looking for your next career opportunity?

For one of our clients in the Swiss crypto and financial services sector, we are looking for a Junior Crypto Compliance Officer to join their team on a permanent basis in Zurich.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the Compliance team with KYC/CDD, client onboarding and ongoing client reviews, including risk assessments and identification of PEPs and sanctions risks.
• Assist with AML monitoring, transaction reviews and investigations, escalating potentially suspicious activities where appropriate.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of AML, KYC and Compliance policies, procedures and internal controls in line with Swiss regulatory requirements.
• Conduct research and assist with regulatory and compliance matters relating to crypto and digital assets, including monitoring regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Legal, Risk and Compliance to ensure effective implementation of regulatory requirements.
• Assist with internal reporting, compliance documentation and regulatory audits.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business, Compliance or a related field.
• First professional experience in Compliance, AML/KYC, Financial Crime or a regulated financial environment; experience with crypto/digital assets is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of Swiss AML/Compliance requirements; familiarity with AMLA, FINMA requirements and/or VQF standards is an advantage.
