CoinFlip is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide new hosts through the onboarding process. You will gather KYC information, verify documents, and ensure accurate records while coordinating with Compliance and Sales teams to support a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account management.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with experience in onboarding, document review, and using CRM systems.

Competenze

At least one year of experience in customer onboarding, customer support, account coordination, operations, or related role.
Strong attention to detail and experience reviewing documents or maintaining accurate customer records.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain requirements to business owners and representatives.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, including prioritizing multiple cases and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, document management systems, Microsoft Office, and other business tools.
Sound judgment when handling confidential information and escalating issues.

Mansioni

Serve as the primary onboarding contact for new hosts, explaining requirements and communicating next steps.
Collect required business information, KYC documentation, ownership details, and other onboarding materials.
Review submissions for completeness, accuracy, and consistency; follow up on missing information.
Enter and process host information and documents in designated systems, keeping records current.
Coordinate with Compliance on reviews, requests, and escalations, tracking cases through approval.
Monitor onboarding progress and address delays, keeping hosts and stakeholders informed.
Team with Sales, Operations, and Host Success to ensure smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account support.
Handle sensitive information per privacy and information security policies.
Identify recurring onboarding issues and suggest improvements in communications and workflows.
Track onboarding activity, timelines, and outstanding requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
