A leading company in wealth management is looking for a compliance expert to manage the Cross-Unit Relationship Framework. The role involves developing policies, advising stakeholders, and ensuring compliance standards are met. Ideal candidates have a degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in private banking, demonstrate strong IT skills, and possess excellent communication abilities.

Qualifikationen

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the private banking sector.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Maintenance and development of the Cross-Unit Relationship Framework.

YOUR CHALLENGE
  • Maintenance and development of the Cross-Unit Relationship Framework

  • Global coordinator and subject matter expert of the Cross-Unit Relationship (CUR) topic

  • Provision of advice to various stakeholders (Front, Legal, IT, COO area)

  • Representation of Compliance in projects / lead of CUR related projects

  • Maintenance and development of CUR-policies and Operational Guidelines for various set-ups; coordination of the implementation with local stakeholders

  • Definition and performance of controls in order to ensure adherence to the CUR Framework

  • Maintenance and development of the CUR Dashboards and establishment of ad-hoc reports

  • Establishment and provision of trainings (e-learnings) related to the CUR topic

  • Maintenance of the CUR intranet page

YOUR PROFILE
  • Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Law, Economics, Audit or Finance

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the private banking sector

  • Proficient with IT tools, demonstrating advance skills in MS Office (particularly Excel)

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly

  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude, able to work independently

  • Strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity

  • Keen interest in tools and processes

  • Fluent in German and English, any further languages are an advantage
