FNZ is seeking a Solution Consultant to deliver high-value consulting on private wealth platform configurations and business outcomes. You will work with customers and internal stakeholders to define propositions, capture requirements, and guide delivery of platform changes that drive market-leading results in a regulated wealth management environment.

You will own the MWS configuration process, provide training, and ensure high-quality documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in CRM, KYC, onboarding and client lifecycle management in private banking
• Experience in a consulting, analysis or architecture environment
• Understanding of regulatory environment and upcoming changes
• 3+ years in delivery/consulting in financial services/wealth market

Aufgaben

• Define proposition and product requirements with FNZ customers
• Provide market expertise as required
• Lead Model Wealth Solution (MWS) configuration for new platform implementations
• Document customer configuration points in service configuration documents
• Deliver platform change to clients and guide toward market-leading outcomes
• Review design documents for new platform solutions
