PMI Switzerland is seeking a Digital CRM Intern to support planning, testing, deployment and monitoring of CRM communications. You will work with CRM specialists and cross-functional stakeholders to gain hands-on experience in campaign management, consumer engagement and performance analysis while helping enhance the consumer journey.

You will consolidate data, assist with monthly reporting, QA CRM content, and collaborate with marketing teams to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Digital Marketing, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Available February 2027 to August 2027.
• Knowledge of CRM, content creation and digital marketing concepts.
• Consumer-focused and data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Power BI.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and initiative.
• Highly organized and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and proactive team player.
• Fluent in English; German, French or Italian a plus; German preferred.

Responsabilités

• Consolidate data from multiple sources to track CRM campaign performance.
• Support monthly reporting, generating insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Assist with quality assurance and testing of CRM communications.
• Support CRM campaign deployment and follow up with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure execution.
• Analyze campaign results and identify optimization opportunities.
