Job summary

Sika is seeking a product management professional to oversee product profiles and roll-out within the Construction area. The role requires aligning with the PCP process, monitoring market trends, and providing technical input to corporate strategy.

Responsibilities include delivering technical and sales trainings, developing packaging literature, and coordinating with R&D, marketing, and regional teams to support construction markets worldwide.

Qualifications

• University degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Science, or equivalent.
• Experience with sealants (technical, application, development).
• 3 years of project management experience in engineering/technical topics.

• Contributes to elaboration of detailed corporate strategies by providing technical input.

• Cooperation with R&D, Marketing Services Team and other departments with related Construction target markets within the Sika Organisation.

Qualifications

Education:
