Your Mission

• Anticipate, propose, decide. You’re a sparring partner who brings perspective and isn’t afraid to arbitrate.
• Represent. In meetings, committees, or events with clarity and professionalism.

The Profile We’re Looking For

You have 5–15 years of experience, including a strong background in strategy consulting, business management, or unit leadership in a scale-up or SME.

You’ve worked closely with a demanding founder or C-level and know the rules: intensity, intuition, urgency, unpredictability.

You’re a structured connector: you bring coherence without rigidity, and clarity without complexity.

You know how to lead without authority, coordinate with finesse, and set frameworks without overplaying control.

You’re fluent in finance, digital tools, and KPIs, with a strong interest in how AI applies to business.

You are bilingual in French and English, and communicate with nuance and precision.

You are based in Switzerland, with occasional mobility (events, clients, international travel).
