Your responsibilities

As the Corporate Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Manager Switzerland, you will be responsible for the successful operational, financial and strategic management of dnata Switzerland’s GSE departments in Zurich and Geneva. You will oversee all aspects of ground support equipment operations, resource planning and infrastructure, ensuring safety, compliance and efficiency across both locations. You will play a key role in modernizing the GSE fleet, optimizing provider contracts and driving innovative, cost-effective solutions aligned with dnata's strategic goals.

In this key role, you will take ownership of the following core responsibilities:

- Lead the GSE teams in Zurich and Geneva, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations at all times
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, airport authorities, and external suppliers:
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of dnata’s own and third-party fleets to the highest safety and operational standards
- Optimise resource allocation, fleet maintenance, spare parts procurement, vendor management and infrastructure planning across both stations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal safety and security standards (FOCA, ISAGO, ISO, etc.)
- Develop and execute investment strategies, fleet replacement planning, and operational budgets
- Implement, manage, and continuously optimize the Maintenance Management System (MMS), ensuring efficient asset tracking, inventory management, and cost control
- Actively manage internal and external stakeholders, vendor relationships, and third-party service contracts
- Promote sustainability, innovation, and cost-efficiency through environmentally conscious practices and technology adoption.
- Ensure operational readiness and audit preparedness, actively participating in all regulatory and customer audit activities.
- Lead and support GSE-related projects, both locally and globally, and represent dnata at industry events and working groups.
