Responsibilities include primary legal support for the global technology team. This includes drafting and negotiating software, hardware and technology services agreements and advising on legal questions raised by technology colleagues. Additional responsibilities include advising on data privacy language in vendor and sales agreements. This role will be part of a larger team but will provide direct legal guidance to clients, including on the following topics:

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including minimum wage rate.
