For our client, a leading international company in the manufacturing/energy industry, we are currently looking for a

Corporate Counsel (m/f/d)

to join the global legal team and to be based in the company’s HQ in Zug/Switzerland. The position will work closely with the management and Group General Counsel (direct reporting line into the GC) as well as the broader Legal Team.

In this position, you will focus on all corporate law activities of the group, advise on strategic projects and M&A matters. You will provide advice on corporate law, capital market law (including SIX regulations), the law of stock corporations, and support in corporate housekeeping topics. Additionally, you will support the Commercial Law Team in various commercial law matters.

You should be a (DACH) qualified lawyer with work experience from a renowned law firm and/or an international company. You must have very good knowledge of a broad range of corporate law topics including stock exchange law. Excellent communication skills, a willingness to take responsibility, and a diligent work approach are essential. Fluency in German and English is required, with experience working in both languages.
