UBP - Union Bancaire Privée is seeking a Core Banking Contractor IT Business Analyst to partner with business and IT stakeholders on core banking platform transformation. The role requires strong functional and technical skills across Batch Optimization, Accounting Transformation, and Transactions processing.

The candidate should have extensive banking domain experience, autonomy, strong communication, and the ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, fluently in English and French where

Mission

Core Banking - Contractor IT Business Analyst with strong functional & technical skills on Core Banking activities ( including not only Batch Optimization, Accounting Transformation, Transactions processing)

As a member of the Core Banking team in the IT department, the successful candidate as Core Banking Business Analyst will partner with the business and IT stakeholders on projects related to core banking platform Transformation.

Main responsibilities

• Compliance with UBP architecture, procedures and standards


• Business Analysis and formalization of business needs related to any core banking topics in scope for the transformation project


• Definition and design of the solution along with SMEs and Service owners


• Submit for approval analysis and specifications to Users


• High level business requirements specification


• High level development workload estimation

Your Profile

• Strong IT delivery transformation experience


• Seniority and good communication skills


• Experience with AI


• Experience with core banking landscape in a bank or in software firm

• Capability to communicate in French and English (spoken and written ideal)
