COO

In this key role, you will optimize and standardize international processes to ensure seamless collaboration between the offices in Switzerland, US and Singapore. You will promote a results-oriented culture and push digital transformation as well as continuous improvement. In cooperation with the IT and Business Services department, you will implement automation solutions worldwide to boost efficiency and decision-making. In collaboration with the CFOs you will analyze key metrics and target improvements. You will lead, mentor and encourage teams in a development-oriented, motivating and cross-functional manner. In addition, you will ensure a harmonious, respectful and productive working environment and work closely with Senior Management and the HR department.

We are looking for an agile, convincing leader with a strong academic background and solid global experience, preferably in a Commodity Trading company. You have at least ten years' experience in a similar role and proven expertise in digital transformation processes. Your analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking and strong interpersonal skills characterize you. You work efficiently, detail-oriented and strategically. You will also have excellent English language skills; any other language would be a plus.
