Qualifications

• At least two years of experience editing direct response video ads for DTC brands.
• Strong portfolio showing paid social video ads, versatility, and performance storytelling.
• Experience designing static ad creatives for Meta campaigns.
• Proficiency with at least one professional editing tool (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Working knowledge of Photoshop for static assets.
• Understanding hooks, CTAs, creative angles, and conversion-focused advertising.
• Experience writing or adapting scripts and ad copy.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (ChatGPT, Runway, or Pika).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver several assets per week.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct response video editing for Meta, TikTok, and paid social platforms.
• Edit UGC, testimonials, product demos, and founder-led videos into ads.
• Develop multiple hook variations and CTAs for tests.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, editing, and production.
• Write or adapt scripts and ad copy for campaigns.
• Create high-converting static creatives for social campaigns.
• Use templates and asset libraries to produce on-brand assets efficiently.
• Source and organize UGC, stock footage, and B‑roll.
• Collaborate with strategists and growth teams on campaign goals.
• Incorporate feedback to improve creatives and maintain output volume.
• Manage multiple creative assignments and deadlines.
