We are searching for a

Content Production and Studio Manager (f / m / d)

In this role, you will manage content production (imagery and videography) at the Akris Creative Content Studio. You will enhance the luxury brand perception across all consumer touchpoints, including retail, e-commerce, PR, and marketing communications. In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will plan resources, align requirements, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

This includes the following tasks :

• Represent Akris with a consistent, high-quality market presence aligned with the luxury brand image
• Plan and manage content productions (photo and video), including budget control and freelancer coordination
• Monitor competitor activities and trends in physical and digital styling
• Lead and develop the studio team through clear KPIs, performance reviews, and coaching
• Collaborate across departments to align requirements and deliver assets on time
• Ensure full compliance with Akris CI / CD guidelines and maintain high standards of execution

What Makes You a Great Fit :

• Strong experience in content production and project management within the luxury industry with corresponding educations
• Strong project management, organizational, budget and communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
• Styling expertise, fashion photography flair, and a sophisticated design sensibility with awareness of industry trends
• Experience in dealing with Model agencies for castings
• Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus
• Possession of a driving license
