We support our clients in their strategic decision-making process, designing and transforming their business for the future. As a part of our team, you will:

• Structure and analyze complex business problems
• Perform primary and secondary research
• Build financial models for impact evaluation
• Communicate and present solutions to both internal and external stakeholders
• Actively participate in project acquisitions and publications

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

We are looking for consultants with a background in Engineering, Arts, Humanities, or Natural/Social Sciences interested in the financial services sector with the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s or advanced graduate university degree (Master’s, PhD) in the above-mentioned fields
• Evidence of excellent academic achievement and work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Articulate, crisp and effective communication style, both verbally and in writing
• Entrepreneurial and output-focused mindset
• First touchpoints with finance and business-related topics is a plus
• Fluency in English and German, any other language is a plus
