• One year of specialized or technical training beyond high school.
• Three years of experience in computer troubleshooting and repair.
• CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory and Configuration Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, laptops, Chromebooks, displays, and peripherals.
• Image or re-image computers as required by procedures.
• Determine hardware vs. software issues and implement solutions.
• Manage repair parts, inventory, and repair records; process RMAs as needed.
• Support district technology across Windows, iOS, Chrome, and SMART devices.
