Job summary

North Hills School District is seeking an IT support technician to assist with computer operations and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across district facilities. Proficiency in MS Office and Windows OS is required, with additional familiarity in Mac OSX and iOS expected.

You will also perform basic Ethernet network troubleshooting and contribute to maintaining the district's technology infrastructure.

• Understanding of computer operations and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Windows OS is required; Mac OSX and iOS know-how is required.

• Understanding of computer operations with a demonstrated skill in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, & mobile technologies.
• Knowledge of MS Office & Windows OS required. Mac OSX and iOS required.
• Understanding and basic troubleshooting of Ethernet wired and wireless networks.

Compensation

$20.00/hr., yearly increases, 8 hours/day, 260 days/year
