As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will be part of the Compliance Department within the Reviews & QC Team. The team is expanding, and we are looking for various seniority profiles whose main tasks will include:

• Carrying out reviews of key clients (private clients, companies, institutional clients, external asset managers, introducing brokers, etc.) from an AML/CTF perspective (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB);
• Conducting enhanced due diligence analyses and declassifications;
• Drafting formal compliance assessments, managing multiple complex cases simultaneously;
• Providing support and advice to the front office and management.

Depending on seniority, additional responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the Manager in daily team support, including responding to questions, conducting second-level reviews, and serving as a role model in work quality, efficiency, and professionalism;
• Assisting the Manager in workload management and project advancement;
• Developing and updating internal compliance policies and procedures in line with evolving regulations and industry best practices;
• Serving as the key contact for complex cases;
• Optimizing internal processes, including reviewing and drafting internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law, Economics, International Relations, Political Science, or similar (a Certificate in Compliance Management is a strong asset);
• 3-7 years of compliance experience in financial services (experience with periodic reviews of High Risk/PEP clients is a strong asset);
• Knowledge of Swiss legal framework;
• Excellent command of English and French (German is a strong asset);
• Analytical and methodological approach;
• Structured, professional working style;
• Interest and experience in data analysis (Excel) and PowerPoint;
• Excellent writing and communication skills;
• Strong team player, enjoys working in a multicultural, dynamic, technological, and international environment.
