To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Community Sales Manager (M/W).

  • Operational responsibility of the site
  • Technical leadership of the center team in day-to-day business
  • Ensuring the center meets standards
  • Minimizing accounts receivable and developing potential additional business or services

Customer Service & Satisfaction:

  • Providing customer support to ensure top-notch service and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating serious issues appropriately
  • Organizing and coordinating events and community activities
  • Managing operational and administrative customer and center issues
  • Handling daily customer inquiries
  • Communicating with landlords, suppliers, and internal departments

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training
  • Proficient in German/French and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
  • Reliable, organized, team-oriented personality
  • High degree of independence, initiative, customer focus, and flexibility
