Our company's core mission is to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone through a unique combination of simple hardware wallet devices and a robust mobile app.

Tangem is a pioneer in developing and promoting hardware cold wallets for crypto assets, providing a secure and user-friendly experience. Tangem Wallets are available in 160 countries, offering customers a quick setup time within 3 minutes and the highest security guarantee for safeguarding their crypto assets.

We’re looking for a community manager to join our marketing team. You should be able to create content that educates, inspires, excites our existing community, and attracts new audiences.

In this role, you will produce content for various distribution channels, including blog articles, email newsletters, sales emails B2B & B2C, product one-pagers, and community-focused content. You will also be tasked with proofreading and translating content written by other team members.

The ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker with at least one year of active copywriting experience. We’re a cryptocurrency company at our core, so you must understand cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Tangem’s community by building a new user conversion strategy in Twitter, Discord, Telegram and Reddit.
• Communicate with the community, answer their questions during business hours. Work in shifts with the second community manager.
• Management and development of a company’s online community. Building, growing and managing the company’s community online and engaging with customers and fans through social media
• Monitor community sentiment and address issues promptly, maintaining a constructive community environment
• Drive interactions in the subreddits, twitter threads, discord servers, crypto-forums, instant messaging platforms, and telegram-chats with the community to increase positive engagement
• Collaborate with customer support team, work with social media manager to generate social content that will drive communications
• Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems affecting the Tangem

Requirements and skills

• Ability to lead 100 chats at once
• Other language - as an advantage
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to create content promptly; we’re moving fast!
• Proven experience as a community manager or related role
