Community Care & Development Manager (100%)
Position Summary
The Community Care & Development Manager oversees the Foundation’s community development and strategy implementation, managing a team of regional coordinators responsible for various geographical areas. The main communities include Artisans, Ateliers and Manufactures, Craft Network, Craft Experts, Homo Faber NextGen, and Friends of Homo Faber. The manager acts as the primary contact for community development questions, both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities include presenting the Foundation’s main projects to communities, orchestrating regional mappings and community engagement, liaising with other managers on sourcing and community matters, and sharing information regarding needs, projects, and planning. The role requires establishing clear reporting and task assignments within the team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the craft sector, experience in network or community development, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
