Poste

Under the supervision of the chef, sous-chefs, and chefs de partie, you will be responsible for various kitchen tasks. As a Commis de cuisine, you serve as an ambassador of the luxury service offered to our clientele. Your daily missions include:

• Receiving goods
• Checking weights and freshness of products according to procedures
• Preparing your workstation and preliminary food preparations
• Assisting in plating dishes according to technical sheets
• Maintaining perfect hygiene standards and food safety practices

The Jardinier in Geneva, co-founded by starred chef Alain Verzeroli and led by Executive Chef Olivier Jean, offers refined cuisine focused on seasonal, local produce, including fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Qualifications

• Experience: You hold a culinary diploma or equivalent from a hospitality school and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a starred restaurant or 5-star Palace hotel.
• Personality: Knowledge of gastronomic culture, rigor, dynamism, and a good team spirit are essential qualities for this position.
• Languages: Must speak, read, and write French and English fluently.
• Availability: Immediate start preferred.
