Commercial Operations Director - Dengue Vaccine

We’re looking for an experiencedCommercial Operations Directorto support the launch and commercialization of a dengue vaccine across EUCAN travel markets, with a focus on Central and South-Eastern Europe (CSEE) and other new launch countries.

CSEE countries: Netherlands; Belgium; Austria, Switzerland, Poland; Czech Republic & Israel etc.

  • Lead and manage sales reporting for EUCAN with vendor support.
  • Build and maintain data repositories to store business documents and market information.
  • Coordinate regional team meetings and engagements, including scheduling and minute-taking.
  • Track sales vs. forecast and manage stock movement across countries.
  • Support local teams (LOCs) in launch preparation, marketing, and commercial needs.
  • Assist with forecasting processes (Mid-Year Review and Long-Range Forecasting).
  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders in medical, marketing, access, and supply functions.
  • Support commercial planning activities for major regional congresses and events.
  • Develop presentations and reporting tools to support global forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Help build leadership dashboards and enhance commercial capabilities across markets.

  • Lead and coordinate commissioning work for filling and freeze-drying (lyophilization) systems.
  • Manage equipment such as vial filling systems (peristaltic and piston pumps), isolators (Grade A environment), lyophilizers, and stopper treatment stations.
  • Plan and schedule commissioning activities and ensure coordination with other departments.
