• Unterstützung bei der langfristigen Planung, jährlichen Budgets und Prognosen.
• Verwaltung der monatlichen Abschlussberichterstattung und Analyse der Verkaufsleistung.
• Koordinierung der Kostenkontrolle für den Vertrieb.

Job description

As Commercial Finance Analyst, you will act as a finance business partner to the Sales and BU teams for the EMEA region. Your role will support financial compliance, commercial operations, and ongoing finance processes, with a focus on planning, reporting, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Supporting long-term planning (BSR), annual budgets, forecasts, and outlooks
• Managing monthly closing and reporting, including sales performance (price, volume, mix, FX), sales/margins, and adjustments (e.g., rebates)
• Coordinating regional cost control for Sales and Business Development
• Monitoring and tracking rebate accruals in collaboration with Sales
• Leading the monthly risks and opportunities process with Sales
• Analyzing business performance and highlighting key opportunities and risks
• Supporting commercial FP&A processes and acting as a key stakeholder in the S&OP process
• Providing recommendations on customer pricing, credit limits, and supporting pricing strategies
• Collaborating on financial and management accounting in compliance with IFRS and internal finance guidelines
• Supporting continuous improvement of financial systems and processes

Competences

• Strong experience in a similar commercial finance, FP&A, or controlling role
• Excellent Excel skills (advanced level) and confident using SAP BW
• Familiarity with international, fast-paced business environments
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
