We invite you to join our Switzerland Controlling team as Commercial Controller, a role at the intersection of finance, commercial strategy and business performance. You will influence decisions with data-driven insights, supporting Sales, Marketing, Real Estate and Finance to drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Controlling, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics or Performance Management.
• Experience in multinational environments; FMCG/Retail/Consumer Goods is a plus.
• Fluent in English and strong analytical mindset.

Aufgaben

• Commercial Performance Management: analyze performance across stores, banners and product categories.
• Planning, Forecasting & Target Setting: support budget, forecast and targets.
• Incentive Schemes & Strategic Projects: design and monitor incentives and run cross-functional projects.
• Reporting & Business Insights: develop dashboards and translate data into insights.
