VisilabGroup in Geneva (EssilorLuxottica) invites you to join our Finance & Controlling team as INTERN CONTROLLING_m/f (100%) for a 6-MONTH INTERNSHIP.

As an intern you will support sales analysis, budgeting, FP&A activities, and data-driven reporting, collaborating closely with local and corporate teams while developing hands-on finance and controlling skills in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Excel skills are required for data analysis and reporting.
• Current student status with availability of a tripartite internship agreement is required.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with VisilabGroup departments focusing on sales analysis and performance monitoring.
• Support tracking of daily, weekly and monthly sales and assist in forecasting and budgeting.
• Coordinate with EssilorLuxottica Corporate Finance for aligned reporting standards.
• Prepare clear, data-driven analyses to support business decisions.
• Contribute to monthly reviews and reliable reporting with the corporate team.
• Support FP&A activities and reconciliation of P&L accounts.
• Assist data uploads for forecasting/budgeting and ensure data consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiency.

6-MONTH INTERNSHIP

Are you looking for a hands-on internship where you can develop your analytical skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic business environment ? Join our team and contribute to key financial and controlling activities while working alongside experienced professionals.

• Collaborate with the different departments of VisilabGroup, with a strong focus on sales analysis and performance monitoring
• Support the tracking of daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, contributing to forecasting activities and the annual budgeting process
• Work closely with the EssilorLuxottica Group Corporate Finance team to ensure alignment between local and corporate reporting standards
• Prepare accurate, clear and data-driven analyses to support business decisions across different topics and projects
• Contribute to the preparation of the monthly reviews for EssilorLuxottica Group, ensuring reliable and timely reporting
• Support FP&A activities through the management of financial systems and the reconciliation of Profit & Loss accounts, ensuring a smooth and accurate P&L review process
• Support data upload activities related to forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring data consistency, accuracy and reliability throughout the reporting cycle
• Take an active role in improving reporting processes and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and quality of analysis
• Approach tasks with curiosity, initiative and a strong willingness to learn and challenge yourself in a dynamic environment

Mandatory Requirements

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a strict requirement for this position.

Excel will be used extensively on a daily basis for data analysis, reporting, and financial monitoring. Only candidates demonstrating a strong command of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting tools, will be considered.

In addition, only applicants who are currently registered as students and able to provide a valid tripartite internship agreement (Student – School/University – Employer) will be considered.
