Interns will support initiatives to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and drive business growth, with exposure to projects in dealer development, rental/used equipment growth, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Recent graduate with up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Currently enrolled full time in a Bachelor's or Master's in one of the listed degrees; graduation date must be August 2027 or beyond.
• Must be willing and able to travel.

Aufgaben

• Analyze business, customer, market, and operational data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Support the development of reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with market research, customer insights activities, and Voice of Customer initiatives.
• Contribute to planning and execution of marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, events, and communication strategies.
• Support commercial projects and strategic initiatives through research, analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, business development, and customer solutions to drive business growth.
• Assist in developing and improving processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
• Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and project teams.
