Job Summary

Caterpillar offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands‑on experience and build key commercial competencies in sales, marketing, business analytics, customer engagement, and strategy. Interns will support initiatives that help Caterpillar and its dealers better understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and deliver solutions that drive business growth.

Working within Customer Solutions Core Regions or Cat Rental & Used, interns will assist with projects related to customer insights, market analysis, dealer development, rental and used equipment growth strategies, commercial performance, and business planning. This role provides exposure to a dynamic commercial environment while contributing to initiatives that enhance customer success and business outcomes.

What You Will Do:

• Familiarity with AI productivity tools.
• Additional European language skills.
• Previous internship, professional, or project experience in business, marketing, sales, analytics, engineering, or a related field.

Program information:

Application deadline: 30** th **** November 2026**

This is a full- time (40 hours per week) 6-month internship: 1st February 2027 to 31st July 2027- with a potential additional 6 months (depending on business need and individual performance)
