Position: Cold Caller Representative

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Compensation: $5 – $6 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | 8-hour shifts | 40–45 hours/week

Position Summary

As a Cold Caller Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective property sellers from niche lead lists. Your primary goal is to identify property owners who are interested in selling and qualify them for our acquisition team.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls using provided scripts and lead lists
  • Engage prospects in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ask qualifying questions to identify potential sellers
  • Accurately document lead information in the company CRM
  • Communicate qualified leads to the acquisitions team for follow-up
  • Maintain daily call targets and KPIs
  • Participate in regular training and performance reviews
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
