Marble seeks a founder-level Applied AI/ML Engineer to become CTO and Co-Founder, leading the technical direction for a new platform that merges physics-based models with live sensor data and ML workflows. You will architect scalable ML pipelines, oversee deployment across process plants, and build an exceptional engineering team, shaping the product at early stages.

Qualifikationen

• Deep ML expertise across at least two of physics-informed models, time-series, reinforcement learning, or agentic systems.
• Ability to turn dirty data into reliable training sets via sensor data curation, plant-graph contextualisation.
• AI-native by default, driving agents, automations, and AI workflows as the company scales.
• Hands-on experience in process industries and industrial data stacks (OPC UA / SCADA / MES / ERP / historians) and data compliance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with clear willingness to take ownership in a co-founder role.

• Own the technical direction from early pilots to full-scale deployment.
• Architect and implement platform models and data pipelines, physics models, and ML workflows.
• Build and scale the engineering team, setting standards for technical excellence.
