Flycatcher SA seeks a senior technical hire to own end-to-end engineering delivery—from edge devices to the customer dashboard. You will shape the architecture, productionize ML models, and drive cloud infrastructure with a cost-aware mindset.

You will personally engage with customers, lead hiring, and push the automation necessary to scale pilots into reliable deployments across facilities. Expect hands-on work and frequent customer interaction.

Qualifikationen

• Strong depth in computer vision, with practical experience in camera data and deployment to production.
• Experience shipping production ML systems and moving from pilot to scale with customers.
• Ability to build and lead a team, set hiring bars, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with customer-facing deployments and on-site engagement.

Aufgaben

• Own engineering architecture and delivery from edge nodes to customer dashboards.
• Maintain training and inference APIs and cloud infrastructure with cost awareness.
• Drive automation of deployment and a robust on-call process.
• Lead technical hiring and define the long-term team strategy.
• Ship API alpha to partners and scale production deployments.
• Be on-site with customers when needed and communicate value in their own words.
