NWS Management AG in Zurich is seeking a hands-on senior engineer to own the technical core of a frontier AI product, architecting, reviewing and shipping code, not just running a team. You will own end-to-end architecture on Azure, design multi-agent systems, ensure production-grade reliability, and contribute to backend services plus the React/TypeScript front-end UI.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive senior software engineering experience in production systems.
• Hands-on expertise with AI/agent systems and real-world traffic.
• Experience designing and operating multi-agent architectures.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end architecture of an agentic platform on Azure.
• Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems and artefact generation.
• Ensure production-grade reliability, observability and measurable agent behaviour.
• Contribute to backend on Azure and frontend UI (React/TypeScript).
• Establish engineering standards and code reviews across a small team.
