Responsabilidades

• Independently set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines (3-axis/5-axis).
• Program and optimize CNC programs (Siemens).
• Manufacture parts and small to medium production batches from technical drawings.
• Select, prepare, and change tools.
• Monitor processes and ensure dimensional and geometric accuracy.
• Perform quality inspections using standard measuring equipment.
• Maintain and service machines and troubleshoot minor faults.
• Comply with safety, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes.

• Manufacture individual parts and small to medium production batches based on technical drawings
• Select, prepare, and change tools
• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure dimensional and geometric accuracy
• Perform quality inspections using standard measuring equipment
• Maintain and service machines and troubleshoot minor faults
• Comply with safety, quality, and delivery requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Polymechanic, CNC Machinist, Machining Technician, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in CNC milling is an advantage
• Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with CNC control systems
• Independent, precise, and reliable working style
• Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented and flexible
• Willingness to work in shifts (shift work)
